Melody Molinoff enjoys problem solving and planning. She is an expert at taking a complicated idea and transforming it into an achievable goal—often on a tight deadline.
As our Director of Strategic Communications and Growth, Melody works with all of our team members across multiple initiatives to develop client and business partnerships. She keeps the team laser focused while encouraging everyone to be creative. Melody also has deep experience working in education leadership and organization change, skills that she brings to the digital space.
Inspired by her own children’s public education experience, Melody completed a master’s degree in Technology, Innovation, and Education at Harvard. She is also a dedicated parent advocate focused on education technology and digital equity in DC Public Schools.
Outside of work, Melody enjoys music. She started playing the violin when she was four and has helped her own kiddos learn to play the violin and viola. Melody is also an avid hiker—hiking her way through our national parks. Some of her favorite parks include Canyonlands, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Zion.
