Jalena is a strategist who helps mission-driven organizations understand their challenges and reach the people they serve. She focuses on asking the right questions, organizing information clearly, and shaping content that makes sense. Her work has supported teams at the National Parks Foundation, WorkRise, and America’s Poison Centers.
She works on conversational and voice interfaces, user interviews, surveys, and UI/UX design. In all of it, she aims to help clients feel heard and build strategies that reflect what matters to them.
Jalena recharges through nature, travel, and a good book. It would be hard for her to pick a favorite stop from her travels but sharing a Seoul sidewalk with a KPOP idol is near the top.
