Isabel “Izzy” Janetos is constantly on the go. She’s a marathon runner, bartender, and wrangler of numbers. If something needs doing, she’s probably already doing it.

Izzy is used to working in fast-paced environments and wearing many hats, so it comes as no surprise she’s involved with everything from client invoicing to payroll. When she first started at IS, she had never worked in a formal office environment before. Today, Izzy is the lynchpin of the IS operations and financial teams.

When she’s not at work, Izzy is running, biking, or reading. She also enjoys playing the guitar and piano and is a massive Bruce Springsteen fan. She is known around DC as Mrs. Springsteen, her trivia host alias and claims to have listened to his music every day for the last 13 years.
