And based on her strong skills with recessed lighting, you can tell she doesn’t cut corners. She brings that same diligence and attention to detail to Interactive Strategies as our HR Associate and Happiness Manager.

Erica has expertise in every facet of human resources, including talent management, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance. Always striving for process improvement, Erica has exceeded revenue goals and increased team effectiveness by optimizing operations processes, recruitment, performance management and training. She also has experience in social media management and marketing strategy.

One of her specialties is employee engagement. Erica relates to and empathizes with all types of people. By understanding employees’ perspectives and challenges, she effortlessly establishes trust and builds relationships. Erica advocates for employees with such passion and persistence, she can change lives.

When she’s not championing people at work, she enjoys cosmetology, listening to podcasts, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and, of course, home improvement projects.
