Bekki Welter

Bekki is the backbone of Interactive Strategies’ operations, balancing logistics, team well-being, and organizational planning with equal skill and heart.  As VP of Operations & Chief of Staff, she works across departments to make sure people have what they need to do their best work and that the agency runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Bekki deftly balances get-things-done with get-to-know-yous. Because problem-solving is her default, Bekki is usually two or three steps ahead—anticipating issues and quickly resolving them, often before anyone notices.

Bekki has two decades of experience in corporate meeting and event planning. As a tireless volunteer, Bekki has coordinated volunteer efforts at many events over the years, from the National Book Festival—hosted by the White House and sponsored by the Library of Congress—to the annual auction for her daughter’s DC public school to raise funds for public education.

When she’s not wearing many hats around the office or volunteering, Bekki is spending time with friends and family around the country or chipping away at a 1,000-piece puzzle. See? Problem-solving is in Bekki’s blood.
