Our mission is to engrain diversity, equity and inclusion into everything we do. We’ve identified five focus areas that foster a sense of belonging in our workplace.

We want to inspire people in our communities, particularly women and people of color, to become the next generation of creative talent. We are passionate about donating our time, money and expertise to causes that nurture that inspiration.

Our team members provide mentorship to local high schools and to students at the Sitar Arts Center, which offers arts education to youth, including 80% from low-income families, in the Washington, D.C. area.

We also volunteer our time and give money to the Family Equality Council, which works to advance legal equality for LGBTQ+ families.

At the end of every year, we give back to our communities. We share some of our profits with organizations that our team members select, such as the DC Food Project, the Autism Society, the Lupus Foundation of America, and many others.
